Day-to-Day
- When conducting initial interviews or customer reviews, always ask clients if they are happy for you to quote for their personal and/or business insurance
- Add additional questions to your fact-find documents if required
- Collect policy renewal dates and current premiums, and enter in a diary system or on a spreadsheet
- Diary to contact the client 1 month before their renewal date
- Obtain quotes at www.baonline.co.uk or introduce the client to Berkeley Alexander
- Provide quotes to customer and follow-up
Campaigns
- Use Flyers (see right hand menu) to
- Hand to customers at your office counter/reception
- Hand to clients at interviews
- Insert flyers into all correspondence envelopes
